利用規約
GENERAL / 一般事項
・Please review my portfolio before requesting any work.
・I reserve the right to decline any request for any reason.
・Failure to read or comply with the Terms of Service (ToS) may result in request rejection.
・All copyrights and other rights to the work belong to me. Please understand that the work may be published in my portfolio and for self-promotion purposes.
・Do not use the work for NFTs or AI training.
・利用前には必ずポートフォリオの閲覧をお願いいたします。
・当方はいかなる理由でも依頼を拒否する権利を有します。
・利用規約(ToS)の未読や遵守不履行は依頼拒否に繋がります。
・作品の著作権およびその他一切の権利は当方に帰属します。作品はポートフォリオならびにセルフプロモーションとして実績公開する可能性があることをご了承下さい。
・作品はNFTやAI学習に使用しないで下さい。PAYMENTS / お支払い
・Payment must be made in advance and in full.
・Payment amounts may vary depending on the project details and your specified delivery date.
・お支払いは前払いかつ全額払いとなります。
・お支払い金額はプロジェクト内容やご指定の納期により変動する場合があります。REVISIONS / 修正
・The production process is as follows: Order → Approval → Payment → Draft → Client Review → Final Draft → Delivery
・Up to two free revisions are available during the draft stage. Additional revisions will incur separate charges.
・If you notice any errors in the character design, please point them out. I will correct them free of charge.
・No revisions are possible after delivery.
・制作手順は次の通りです。注文→承認→支払い→下書き→クライアント確認→清書→納品
・下書きの段階で2回まで無料で修正できます。3回目の修正からは別途料金がかかります。
・キャラクターデザインの描き間違いがあれば指摘してください。無料で修正いたします。
・納品後の修正はできません。DEADLINES AND DELIVERY / 納期と納品
・Production will begin sequentially after payment confirmation.
・Production time may take anywhere from one week to one month, depending on my health, workload, the complexity of the piece, and scheduling with other projects.
・お支払い確認後、順次制作を開始いたします。
・制作期間は、私の健康状態や業務状況、作品の複雑さ、他の案件との兼ね合いにより、一週間から一カ月程度を要します。USE / 使用条件
・Works are generally limited to personal use only.
・Use on social media is permitted freely provided credit is given.
・Commercial use of the work incurs a base fee plus a 100% surcharge.
・Physical use or promotional use of the work incurs a base fee plus a 200% surcharge.
・Unauthorized commercial use, physical use, or promotional use of the work is prohibited. Please consult us beforehand.
・Do not trace, modify, or falsely claim the work as your own creation.
・Do not use the work for NFTs or AI training.
・Violation of these usage terms will result in permanent refusal of future requests.
・作品は原則個人利用に限定されます。
・SNSでの使用はクレジット表記を必須条件として自由に行えます。
・作品の商用利用には基本料金＋100％の追加料金がかかります。
・作品の物理的利用やプロモーション利用には基本料金＋200％の追加料金がかかります。
・作品を無断で商用利用、物理的利用、プロモーション利用することはできません。必ず事前にご相談下さい。
・作品をトレースしたり、改変したり、あたかも自身で描いたように偽ったりしないで下さい。
・作品はNFTやAI学習に使用しないで下さい。
・使用条件に違反した場合、当方は恒久的に依頼を拒否します。REFUNDS / 返金
・If you request a refund before reviewing the draft, I will refund the full amount.
・If you request a refund after reviewing the draft, I will deduct 50% of the payment amount.
・If I cancel the request for any reason, I will refund the full amount even if the project is in progress.
・下書き確認前に返金請求された場合、全額返金いたします。
・下書き確認後に返金請求された場合、お支払い金額の50％を差し引かせていただきます。
・何らかの理由で私が依頼をキャンセルした場合、プロジェクトが進行中であっても全額返金いたします。COMMUNICATION / コミュニケーション
・I use DeepL Translator for all communication outside of Japanese.
・日本語以外のすべてのコミュニケーションにはDeepL翻訳を使用しています。
