・Please be sure to review my portfolio before placing an order.
・I reserve the right to refuse any request for any reason.
・Failure to read or comply with the Terms of Service (ToS) may result in the rejection of your request.
・All copyrights and other rights to the work belong to me. Please understand that the work may be published in my portfolio or used for self-promotion.
・Please do not use the work for NFTs or AI training.Prohibited
・Unauthorized reproduction of the work is strictly prohibited. However, you may freely use the work on social media provided that proper credit is given.
・You may not use the work for commercial purposes, physical use, or promotional purposes without permission. Please consult with us in advance.
・Do not trace, modify, or misrepresent the work as if you created it yourself.
・Do not convert the artwork into an NFT without permission.
・Do not use the artwork for the development of generative AI or for training such systems.
・Do not use the artwork for prompts, proper nouns, or style specifications.
・Do not upload the artwork to AI services such as Gemini.
・If any of the above actions are confirmed, we will take appropriate measures.
・If you violate these prohibitions, we will permanently refuse future commissions from you.Workflow
・The production process is as follows:
Order → Approval → Draft ⇔ Client Review → Final Draft ⇔ Client Review → Delivery → PaymentRevisions
・Please point out any errors in the character design. I will correct them free of charge.
・I will provide free revisions for one year after delivery.Payments
・I accept payment via bank transfer and PayPal.

・The production period typically takes between one week and one month, depending on my health, workload, the complexity of the work, and scheduling conflicts with other projects.Communication

・利用前には必ずポートフォリオの閲覧をお願いいたします。
・当方はいかなる理由でも依頼を拒否する権利を有します。
・利用規約(ToS)の未読や遵守不履行は依頼拒否に繋がります。
・作品の著作権およびその他一切の権利は当方に帰属します。作品はポートフォリオならびにセルフプロモーションとして実績公開する可能性があることをご了承下さい。
・作品はNFTやAI学習に使用しないで下さい。禁止事項
・作品は原則無断転載禁止です。ただし、SNSでの使用はクレジット表記を必須条件として自由に行えます。
・作品を無断で商用利用、物理的利用、プロモーション利用することはできません。必ず事前にご相談下さい。
・作品をトレースしたり、改変したり、あたかも自身で描いたように偽ったりしないで下さい。
・作品を無断でNFT化しないで下さい。
・作品を生成AI開発やそれらの学習に使用しないで下さい。
・作品をプロンプト化、固有名詞化、作風指定等に使用しないで下さい。
・作品をGemini等のAIサービスに読み込ませないで下さい。
・上記の行為が確認され次第、しかるべき適切な対応を行います。
・これらの禁止事項に違反した場合、当方は恒久的に依頼を拒否します。制作手順
・制作手順は次の通りです。
注文→承認→下書き⇔クライアント確認→清書⇔クライアント確認→納品→お支払い修正
・キャラクターデザインの描き間違いがあれば指摘してください。無償で修正いたします。
・納品後1年間は無償で修正いたします。お支払い
・お支払い方法は銀行振込とPayPalに対応しております。
・お支払い金額はプロジェクト内容やご指定の納期により変動する場合があります。納期と納品
・制作期間は、私の健康状態や業務状況、作品の複雑さ、他の案件との兼ね合いにより、一週間から一カ月程度を要します。コミュニケーション
